Who are you? We are a two piece from Liverpool.  Why are you schizophrenic? I don't know. I smoked too much weed. Did it help to make music? No, it did not help. What do you make music for? For joy. - No, that's not true... The universe. Which part do an ortolan play in it? A bird is the freeest thing in the world, but then humans kind of capture it. It's too long a story... It's not that they only capture it...  - It's an allegory of capitalism. An ortolan's life is blind, undignified, pre-determined, brief... and soaked in alcohol.

Ortolans from Liverpool formed half a year ago and are currently on their first tour in Germany. First time in Berlin, they perform tonight at Klub der Republik. Starts after... football. And is for free!

    ...still the coolest club in town. trashed, but fine music taste. we were really glad to have helped their reputation a bit more - but nearly being a bit too loud and threatening the existence of the place... but all went well.
